Classes held every Wednesday 7.30 pm - 9.00 pm. Meditation

Current Programme

Welcome to Jamyang Bath

Welcome to the website of Jamyang Bath Buddhist Group. We invite you to join us in this friendly and enthusiastic community as we seek to deepen our understanding of Buddhism and cultivate inner peace and compassion, transforming our minds and hearts. Join us in our journey of study, meditation and discussion.

Most of our classes are suitable for people who are new to Buddhism or are merely interested in finding out more, and also those who wish to deepen their experience within a lively and supportive community. It is more productive if you can attend the complete course each time, but it is also fine to drop in when your circumstances allow.

'My religion is simple. My religion is kindness.' HH Dalai Lama

Jamyang Bath Buddhist Group

We are a study group, founded in 2008, as part of the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT), with close links to Jamyang Buddhist Centre in London. We follow the Buddhist tradition of Lama Tsongkhapa of Tibet as taught by our founder, Lama Thubten Yeshe and our spiritual director, Lama Thubten Zopa Rinpoche.

"Real happiness in life starts when you begin to cherish others." Lama Zopa Rinpoche
