Following on from the very popular course, Mindfulness for Resilience and Joy, we will be taking our considerations to the next step – the practical application of our resilience and joy in our own lives and in our world.
By learning to develop our minds to respond skilfully to the many challenges in our modern life, we can cultivate behaviours that develop resilience and acceptance.
This will enable us to be present more often to the beauty around us and grateful for the many good things that we have. From this space we can act with greater compassion and skill, to be an effective agent for positive change in our world.
