We are delighted that Paul has offered to lead a four week Mindfulness course as part of our Art and Craft of Meditation series.
Each session will contain guided mindfulness practice, practical hints and tips from original Buddhist teachings, as well as discussion and reflection. Sessions will be recorded and available on our website for home practice as well.
The course is suitable for those simply wishing to learn and experience a bit more about Mindfulness and its origins. It will be equally valuable for beginners who want to start a practice, or for more experienced practitioners who wish to enhance or deepen their practice.
“We have the power to look into our own minds, to recognise what harms us, and out of enormous self respect, we can learn to change the poison; we can learn to get rid of the neuroses.”
Ven Robina Courtin
